We are seeking casual F&B Attendants for our Platform 9 Restaurant Bar & Banquets department, who are positive, enthusiastic and passionate about enhancing the guest experience.

Pre-Requisites:
• Previous experience in food service and / or banquets;
• Able to work anytime within the 7 day roster, including weekends & nights;
• Positive, enthusiastic & can do attitude;
• Seeking ongoing employment;
• Excellent presentation & communication skills;
• Current RSA certification.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
• Experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
• Requires a working knowledge core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Busy Sydney inner-cbd hotel requires a flexible labourer, maintenance & handyman to work in their maintenance department to assist with the day to day maintenance of the hotel.

Working with the Maintenance Manager you will manage work orders for repairs around the hotel including preventive maintenance.

Previous experience as a labourer required.

Aspire Hotel Sydney (Metro Hospitality Group) is seeking a Full time Duty Manager to join our Front Desk Team.

As Duty Manager, you are expected to assist the Front Office Manager manage daily hotel operations. You will be responsible for coordinating all areas of the hotel in the absence of hotel management ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful person will have:

- Ability to demonstrate ownership of daily hotel operations
- Flexibility in work hours
- Experience of at least 2 years in a front office environment.
- Strong Communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to make decisions and manage your shift duties.
- Ability to supervise and lead by example
- Provide a positive environment that encourages Mentoring and training of your Front office Team
- Ability to direct the whole team to ensure consistency in a high level of performance

Candidates with previous RoomMaster or Opera PMS experience, First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification will be highly regarded.
