Duties will include:

Maintain the overall maintenance and presentation of two properties.

The applicant will be required to work 3 days at one property and 2 days at another property in the inner city.

The applicant would be required to carry out maintenance repairs for each property and liaise with outside contractors as requested by management.

Experience in a similar role or trade experience will be highly regarded.

Clear communication & interpersonal skills are a must and the applicant must be able to follow instructions and procedure in a constructive and reliable manner.

You must be able to work unsupervised and be capable of using initiative with a strong work ethic & reliability.

Duty Manager at Sydney CBD Hotel - POSITION FILLED

THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

The Metro Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Duty Manager for one of our busy Inner City properties.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar position supervising a Front Office team, as well as liaising with Management, Maintenance, Housekeeping and all other departments.

You will report to the Executive Assistant Manager and the General Manager and must have excellent communication skills.

Experience with Roster and General Standard Operating procedures within the hotel industry is a must.

The applicant must have previous experience with the following:

- Supervision of FD team.
- Knowledge of CMS is an advantage.
- Confident approach to resolving guest complaints.
- Excellent Grooming and presentation.
- Experience training and developing team members within the Front Office Department.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
