We are one of Perth city’s iconic establishments with sweeping city and river views. The Metro Hotel in South Perth is a Corporate Hotel with an extensive function and events department.
Having undergone a large refurbishment last year we are seeking experienced Full-Time and Casual Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office team.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, your duties and responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:
· Welcoming all guests to the hotel in an efficient and friendly manner.
· Treating each guest as an individual, tailoring and personalising your approach to provide outstanding service.
· Checking in and Checking Out our guests.
· Handling all guest enquiries, and providing information on Perth attractions.
Our Guest Service Agent will;
· Be highly personable and enthusiastic about customer service.
· MUST have 2 years experience in a Hotel Front Office role.
· Willing to go above and beyond for our customers and Team Members.
· Have immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
· Be innovative in thinking of ways to “wow” our guests.
· Be available to work a 7 day roster on both morning and evening shifts and above all be able to take reservations accurately.
