Metro Hotels is seeking an applicant that has experience in a similar role or an experienced tradesman, that wishes to change career path.Responsibilities and Requirements will include:
Property repairs and maintenance.
Replacement of room fittings, painting and preventative maintenance.
Overseeing and liaising with contractors on site.
Receiving quotes and Purchase Order processing.
Organised and able to work without constant supervision.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
Professional presentation and grooming.
Clear understanding of English, both written and spoken.
The applicant will be based at the Metro Hotel on Pitt, but may be required to work at other Sydney properties on demand.
The applicant must be willing to work on request including Public Holidays if needed. Normal hours will be from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive 8am till 4pm.
